As people arrive to your holiday party (or as the kids gather around the holiday breakfast table!), greet them with small hot apple cider shots. Place a bit of warmed apple juice, simmered for about thirty minutes with a clove and a cinnamon stick, topped with a bit of whipped cream. Smiles all around!
